As individual real estate agents, Dayna Blumel and Kerry Adams experienced great success and earned recognition as top producers in the field both locally and nationally. Always striving for excellence, and realizing each other’s different strengths, they often sought advice from one another. Through this simple sharing of ideas, they discovered they shared the same ideologies and work ethic. The Blumel Adams Group evolved as a result. The goal: to not only meet, but exceed our clients’ expectations.

Dayna Blumel

Born and raised in Annapolis, MD, Dayna began her career in customer service at a very young age in her family’s restaurant. The importance of exceeding expectations was an everyday goal for her family.

In 2006, at the age of 28, Dayna earned the distinction of being selected as one of REALTOR® Magazine’s “30 Under 30”. The annual “30 Under 30” awards are based on competitive applications. Dayna was one of 550 applicants for the 2006 honor, conferred on only 30 agents (under the age of 30) nationwide. She joins an elite group that reflects the geographic, ethnic, and career diversity of the National Association of Realtors® membership nationwide.

Dayna has been recognized each year in the top 5% nationwide of Realtors and has consistently been recognized in the $10 Million + Club by the Northern Association of Realtors.

In her former career, Dayna worked as a senior client manager at DDC, a political technology firm in Old Town Alexandria.

Dayna holds a degree in Natural Resource Management from Virginia Tech. She lives in the Del Ray section of Alexandria with her husband and dog.

Kerry Adams

As a Northern Virginia native and Alexandria resident, Kerry prides herself on knowledge of all aspects of the local real estate market. Her closed transactions include luxury estates, waterfront property, raw land, new construction, commercial properties, investment properties, condominiums, and townhouses.

Every year since beginning her real estate career, she has placed in, at least, the top 5% of all Realtors nationwide. Her success has also earned her yearly recognition by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors as a “Top Producer” and member of the $10 Million + Club.

Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Kerry spent eleven years in broadcast journalism, where she won numerous awards for excellence including an Emmy award, an Associated Press award and an Edward R. Murrow award.

She lives in Alexandria with her husband, twin daughters, and two dogs.
